• The listing is for the lettering service only. The customer is responsible for sending in the product.  
• The lettering is UV ink-printed directly onto the product's surface.
• If your product isn’t suitable for printing, we will return it with a partial refund, retaining a $10 fee.

Note: The lettering can only be printed on a flat or semi-flat surface.

Before the Event

• We recommend keeping the product in its original packaging until your event to avoid scratching.
• To clean, apply glass cleaner onto a microfiber towel and gently wipe the surface. Avoid using alcohol to clean as it can damage the lettering.

After the Event

• Flying with your perfume bottle is not recommended, as pressure changes during travel may cause the bottle to leak and the alcohol could cause the lettering to come off.  
• Keep in mind that the lettering is printed onto the surface, not etched. Because of this, natural wear may occur.

Shipping

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. 

Delivery is handled by UPS or USPS; we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates but do our best to ensure timely delivery.
