Yes, and we encourage it. Reserve your signage whenever you’re ready, even months ahead. You don’t need your final guest count, seating assignments or bar menu at checkout. Submit your details any time up to four weeks before your wedding, and if we haven’t heard from you by then, we’ll reach out to collect them.

Yes. At checkout, choose Shop Pay Installments to split eligible orders into interest-free payments, subject to approval.

Our acrylic signs go up to 24" x 47". For something larger, our linen signs come 24"–36" wide in almost any length, and they travel beautifully. We can also drill mounting holes in large acrylic signs so they attach to a backdrop built on site. We don’t provide on-site installation.

Yes. Every sign is personalized, and most couples begin with one of our collection designs. If you have something different in mind, contact us with your vision and we’ll design it with you. Fully custom orders are arranged by email and ship within four weeks.

Choose one of our four signature collections: Haven, Capri, Claire or Quinn. Every sign in a collection shares the same fonts and design language, so your welcome sign, seating chart, bar menu and table numbers feel like one set. Add the signs you need, or start with a bundle for a curated set at a better price.

Yes. Add Rush My Order to your cart and choose how soon your order ships: within 3 weeks (+$50), 2 weeks (+$75) or 1 week (+$100). Your order moves to the front of production, and standard shipping (two to four business days) applies afterward.

Seating charts (acrylic and linen), all double signs and every bundle include a complimentary proof. You’ll work one-on-one with a designer to make sure every name and detail is right, and production begins once you approve. For any other sign, add “Proofs Before Production” to your cart.

We’ll create your sign exactly as your details were submitted, so please review spelling, names and dates carefully before checkout.

Yes. Wording, background color and lettering color can be personalized on every sign. Requests outside our collection designs, such as custom fonts or colors, carry an additional fee.

Standard acrylic (24" x 30"): up to 170 guests. Large acrylic (24" x 36"): up to 225 guests, though we suggest moving up to 24" x 47" once you pass about 200. Large acrylic (24" x 47"): up to 325 guests; past about 250, we suggest splitting the list across a double seating chart so names stay easy to read. Linen (24" x 51", 24" x 71" or 24" x 84"): up to 325 guests. Double seating charts: up to 325 guests.

Not sure of your final count? Choose “Uncertain – invoice me later for final count,” and we’ll settle the difference once your list is final. For more than 325 guests, please contact us.

Send your final details as a Word or Google Doc to hello@madeandtrue.com, or through our contact page. Format your list exactly as you’d like it to appear on your sign. Final details are due about four weeks before your wedding.

Acrylic signs in 5" x 7", 8" x 10" and 11" x 14" come with a 3" clear acrylic stand. 4" x 6" signs and acrylic table numbers come with 2" stands, and stone table numbers come with a set of acrylic sign holders. Small 1.75" x 3.5" food labels lie flat. Signs larger than 11" x 14" don’t include a stand or easel, and linen signs don’t include a holder. See our recommended stands.

The Essentials ($399): welcome sign, guestbook sign, cards & gifts sign and table numbers 1–12. The Signature ($599): everything in The Essentials, plus a bar sign and a rehearsal dinner or ceremony sign. The Complete ($999): everything in The Signature, plus a large seating chart for up to 325 guests. Proofs and shipping are included with every bundle.

Choose your bundle and check out. We’ll email you for your materials, design selections and wedding details. Once we have your final details, we create complimentary proofs so you can see how your signs come together (revisions are $15 each). Your four-week turnaround begins once all final details are in.

Yes. After your order is placed, choose acrylic, linen or a mix for your signs, plus acrylic or stone table numbers. The guestbook and cards & gifts signs are acrylic with stands.

Yes. Each bundle includes table numbers 1–12. You can add more, or choose fewer on request. The bundle price stays the same if you choose fewer.

Bundle items can’t be substituted. For a different mix, add individual signs from any collection instead.

Yes. In 5 years and more than 8,400 weddings, we’ve never missed a wedding day. Orders ship within about four weeks, and if your date is close, Rush My Order moves yours to the front of production.

All US orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate, calculated at checkout.

All orders ship within four weeks. If you ordered ahead, that timeline begins once we have your final details. Shipping takes two to four business days through UPS, USPS or FedEx, and you’ll get a tracking email when it ships.

Email hello@madeandtrue.com right away while your order is in production and we’ll update it. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, return and reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Because every piece is handmade and personalized, we don’t accept cancellations or returns. Please check your details carefully before purchasing.

Acrylic: keep signs in their clear wrap until your event. Hand-painted signs shouldn’t be stacked directly on each other. Stone: keep pieces wrapped, and peel the protective backing off the clear stands before the event. Linen: keep it wrapped, and steam out any wrinkles.

Acrylic: handle by the edges and wipe with an ammonia-free glass cleaner (we like Sparkle) on a microfiber cloth. Stone: travertine is porous, so handle it with care in transit. Linen: steam the morning of; if ironing, flip it face down on the lowest heat.

Acrylic: ammonia-free glass cleaner on a microfiber cloth. Avoid alcohol- and ammonia-based cleaners. Linen: hand wash and hang dry, or spot clean. Don’t machine wash or bleach.

We’re Alexis and Dylan, a husband-and-wife team. Since 2021 we’ve designed signage for more than 8,400 couples, and every piece is still made in our studio.

Acrylic is hand-cut (1/8" up to 24" x 30", 3/16" for 24" x 36" and larger) and printed on a UV flatbed printer with permanent, signage-grade ink. Colored backgrounds are hand-painted in two to three coats. Linen is hand-cut, sewn and frayed in-house. Stone table numbers are natural travertine, hand-broken for an organic edge.
