All US orders over $100 ship free! For orders under $100, we offer $5 - $8 shipping.

Our processing time is 4 weeks for all semi-custom items purchased directly on our website. If you ordered fully custom signage through email your processing time is 6 weeks. When your order is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been marked shipped it's in the UPS or USPS’s hands! Because of this we can not guarantee the exact date your order will arrive to you, but note that we are doing our best! Please keep the estimated time in mind when purchasing!

All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. If the address is incorrect and your order is still in processing, email us right away at hello@madeandtrue.com to see if we can adjust it. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for all related fees for the return and re-shipping of the item.

Due to the nature of these handmade and personalized products, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Please double check our processing times & make sure your order details are correct before purchasing.

We're so sorry to hear that! We take careful consideration when packing our orders, but this can occasionally happen during transit. Please contact us so that we can resolve the issue. Include a photo and description of the damage. Keep the origional packaging!

If you received an incorrect item or an item with incorrect personalization details, please contact us right away so we can make it right! Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. If there is an issue, we want to make sure it is resolved and you are happy with your purchase!

All signs come in a clear protective wrap. Please keep them in this until your event to prevent scratching, fingerprints, or dust. If you take the signs out of the wrap, try to cover them back up during travel. If your signs are hand painted do not stack them directly on top of each other without something in between. Certain temperatures can sometimes cause them to stick. Keep them wrapped individually, or how they came.

To clean, spray glass cleaner on a microfiber towel and gently wipe. Do not use alcohol to clean! It will remove the lettering.

We use 1/8" thick acrylic all signs size 24"x30" and under and 3/16" thick acrylic all signs size 24"x36" and over. The acrylic is hand cut and sourced from a small glass shop. The lettering on our signs is printed with a UV flatbed printer. The ink is permanent, and the highest quality possible for signage. Our solid color signs are handpainted using a thick premium paint with 2-3 coats to ensure minimal light can pass through.
