All stones are packaged in protective wrap to maintain their quality. We recommend keeping them wrapped until your event to avoid scratching or dust accumulation. Avoid stacking them directly on top of each other without a protective layer in between. It's best to store them individually wrapped or in their original packaging.

If you purchased a clear stand with the stone It's essential to keep them paired together. The stones vary in thickness, the bases are specifically matched to each stone.

For cleaning, dust the stone off with a dry microfiber towel. Remove the backing on the clear stands before your event. To clean, apply glass cleaner onto a microfiber towel and gently wipe the surface.

Our processing time is currently 4 weeks. When your order is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been marked shipped it's in the UPS or USPS’s hands! Because of this we can not guarantee the exact date your order will arrive to you, but note that we are doing our best! Please keep the estimated time in mind when purchasing!
