All signs are packaged in a protective wrap to maintain their quality. We recommend keeping them wrapped until your event to avoid scratching, fingerprints, or dust accumulation. If the signs are hand-painted, avoid stacking them directly on top of each other without a protective layer in between, as certain temperatures may cause them to stick. It's best to store them individually wrapped or in their original packaging.

For cleaning, apply glass cleaner onto a microfiber towel and gently wipe the surface. Avoid using alcohol to clean as it can damage the lettering & acrylic.

Our processing time is currently 2-4 weeks. When your order is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been marked shipped it's in the UPS or USPS’s hands! Because of this we can not guarantee the exact date your order will arrive to you, but note that we are doing our best! Please keep the estimated time in mind when purchasing!
