All signs come in a clear protective wrap. Please keep them in this until your event to prevent scratching, fingerprints, or dust. If you take the signs out of the wrap, try to cover them back up during travel. If your signs are hand painted do not stack them directly on top of each other without something in between. Certain temperatures can sometimes cause them to stick. Keep them wrapped individually, or how they came.

To clean, spray glass cleaner on a microfiber towel and gently wipe. Do not use alcohol to clean! It will remove the lettering.

Our processing time is currently 5 weeks. When your order is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been marked shipped it's in the UPS or USPS’s hands! Because of this we can not guarantee the exact date your order will arrive to you, but note that we are doing our best! Please keep the estimated time in mind when purchasing!
