When to do what
9–6 months before
Choose your style
- Pick a collection (Haven, Capri, Claire or Quinn) so every sign matches. Not sure? Take the style quiz.
- Order your welcome sign or a bundle. You don’t need final names yet.
4 months before
Map the day
- Walk through the day with the list on the left.
- Add the often-forgotten signs.
- Shower or rehearsal dinner? Order those signs in the same style.
6 weeks before
Gather the details
- Collect RSVPs and draft your seating chart. Our size calculator shows which size fits your guest count.
- Finalize drinks and menu for your bar sign.
- Plan how each sign will stand. See our recommended stands.
4 weeks before
Send your final details
- Final names, seating and wording are due. Email them to hello@madeandtrue.com.
- Review your proof.
- We ship within four weeks of your final details. Cutting it close? Add Rush My Order.
The morning of
Set the scene
- Welcome sign at the entrance, seating chart where guests arrive.
- Table numbers on each table, reserved signs on the front rows.
- Cards & gifts, guestbook and favors together.
