Shipping policy

Made to order, delivered for your day.

Every order ships within 4 weeks of purchase, or within 4 weeks of your final details if you ordered ahead. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays), and you'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships by UPS, USPS or FedEx.

In 5 years and more than 8,400 weddings, we've never missed a wedding day.

Need it sooner?

Add Rush My Order at checkout and your order moves to the front of production, shipping within 3 weeks (+$50), 2 weeks (+$75) or 1 week (+$100). If your date is close, message us and we'll plan it with you.

Shipping costs

Free on US orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate, calculated at checkout.

Your address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email hello@madeandtrue.com while your order is in production and we'll update it. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
