All hangers will come in a clear protective wrap. Please keep them in this until your event to prevent scratching, fingerprints, or dust. If you take the hangers out of the wrap, please try to cover them back up in transit.

To clean, spray glass cleaner on a microfiber towel and gently wipe. Do not use alcohol to clean.

Our processing time is currently 5 weeks. When your order is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been marked shipped it's in the UPS or USPS’s hands! Because of this we can not guarantee the exact date your order will arrive to you, but note that we are doing our best! Please keep the estimated time in mind when purchasing!

Unfortunately due to the nature of these handmade and personalized products, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Please double check your order before purchasing to ensure everything is correct. If your item comes broken or misspelled, please contact us right away! When reaching out, please attach a photo of the item and a brief description of what happened. Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority.
