What makes one wedding sign cost more than another?
Four things, in roughly this order:
- Size. Our acrylic welcome sign doubles in area from 18x24 to 24x36, and the price goes from $125 to $225. Signs 24x36 and larger are also cut from thicker 3/16-inch acrylic so they stand rigid.
- Guest count, for seating charts. Every name takes space and layout time. Our standard chart adds $15 for every 20 guests above 50; our large charts add $20 for every 25.
- Material. Linen and acrylic cost about the same at welcome-sign size. Stone table numbers cost $5 more per number than acrylic.
- Timing and extras. Proofs before production are $25 to $100 per order, depending on how many signs it includes, and are already included with seating charts, double signs and bundles. Rush production is $50 to $100, depending on how soon you need it.
The background doesn't change the price. On our welcome signs and seating charts, clear, frosted, mirror, black, white and our 19 hand-painted colors all cost the same, with white or black lettering.
