- Submit your details: names, dates, wording and colors. You can enter them at checkout or send them later, up to four weeks before your wedding
- Review your proof, if your order includes one, before production begins

Do I get a proof before my wedding sign is made?
Seating charts (acrylic and linen), all double signs and all bundles include a free proof, worked one-on-one with a designer. For any other sign, add Proofs Before Production ($25–100 per order, depending on how many signs it includes) and we'll send a proof for your approval before we begin. Without a proof, signs are made exactly as submitted, so double-check spelling and dates when you enter your details.
When you receive a proof, this is the moment to catch typos, confirm name spellings and date formatting, and adjust anything that looks off. Proof revisions on bundles are $15 each.

Yes. Wording, background color and font color are customizable on every sign. Each collection has its own font pairing so every piece in your set works together. Custom fonts or colors outside our collections are available for an additional fee; email us at hello@madeandtrue.com, and fully custom designs can be arranged by email as well.
What if I need to make a change after ordering?
Email hello@madeandtrue.com as soon as possible. Changes are simple before production begins. Once material is cut and printed, a change usually means remaking the sign, so review your details (and your proof, if you have one) carefully.
Because every sign is handmade and personalized, returns and cancellations aren't accepted. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right.
