The Complete Wedding Sign Bundle

Acrylic

• 1/8" thick acrylic for signs 24"×30" and smaller.
• 3/16" thick acrylic for signs 24"×36" and larger.

Background

• All colors are hand-painted with thick, premium paint.
• Finished with 2–3 coats for a rich, opaque look.
• White, black, clear, frosted and mirrored are solid acrylic (not painted).

Lettering

• All lettering is UV ink-printed to ensure durability and quality.
• Ink is permanent and designed specifically for signage.

Note: The guestbook sign, cards & gifts sign, acrylic bar sign and table numbers include clear acrylic stands. Larger signs, such as welcome signs, ceremony signs and seating charts, don't include a display stand, and linen signs don't include a sign holder. You can view our recommended options here.

1. Choose your bundle. Pick the wedding sign bundle that best fits your day. You can select designs from any of our collections to create a look that feels uniquely yours.

2. Make your selections. After your order is placed, we'll email you for everything we need, including your materials (acrylic, linen or a mix, plus acrylic or stone table numbers), design selections and wedding details. You can secure your bundle early and send final details closer to your wedding date.

3. Send us your details. Once we have all of your final details, we'll begin creating your signage. Your 4-week turnaround begins once all final details have been received. Final details are due 4 weeks before your wedding.

4. Review your mockups. Complimentary mockups are included with your bundle, so you can see how your signs come together before production. Need a change? Revisions are available for $15 each.

5. Receive your signs. Once your signs are finalized, we'll complete your order and ship it to you, ready for your celebration. Shipping is included.

Good to know

• Need more table numbers? Additional numbers can be added. Need fewer? Fewer can be selected upon request, and the bundle price stays the same.
• Bundle items can't be substituted.
• Details submitted after the 4-week deadline may be subject to late or rush fees, which must be paid before your signage can ship.

Before the Event

• Open your package upon arrival to ensure safe delivery.
• Keep signs in their protective clear wrap to prevent scratches and dust.
• Store signs flat in a cool, dry place to avoid warping or damage.

Day of the Event

• Carefully unwrap and handle the sign by the edges to avoid fingerprints or smudges.
• Once displayed, spray an ammonia-free glass cleaner (we recommend Sparkle) onto a microfiber cloth and gently wipe the surface.
• Avoid alcohol-based and ammonia-based cleaners, as they may damage the sign and its printed lettering.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. 

Delivery is handled by UPS, USPS or FedEx; we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates but do our best to ensure timely delivery.
