How your double seating chart comes together
- 1Reserve now. Choose your options and place your order. You don't need your final details yet.
- 2Send your final details. Send them up to four weeks before your wedding. We'll email you a complimentary proof to approve.
- 3We make it and ship it. Once you approve your proof, your double seating chart is made to order in our studio and ships within 4 weeks of your final details.

Thoughtfully made, start to finish
Premium acrylic
1/8" or 3/16" thick, depending on the size you choose.
Solid or hand-painted color
Clear, black, white, frosted and mirror are solid acrylic. Colors are hand-painted in 2–3 coats.
UV-printed lettering
Permanent ink made for signage, so your sign is meant to last.
Made to match

Description
If you'd rather have one statement piece than two separate signs, this is it. Capri II puts your welcome and your seating chart side by side, lettered in a textured script that feels like a garden wedding by the coast.
- Welcome on one panel, seating chart on the other
- Guest tiers: 0–50 through 301–325, or choose "Uncertain" and pay for the final count later
- Background in clear, frosted, mirror, black or white acrylic, or a hand-painted color (2–3 coats)
- Capri script and serif, UV-printed in permanent ink
- Your welcome wording, guest names and table assignments
Guest names can wait for your RSVPs. We'll need them about 4 weeks before the date.
Timeline & shipping
Production: Send your final details up to four weeks before your wedding. Your order ships within 4 weeks of your final details, plus standard shipping.
Need it sooner? Add Rush My Order or message us.
Tracking: You'll get a tracking email when your order ships by UPS, USPS or FedEx. We can't guarantee exact arrival dates, but we do our best to get it to you on time.
Shipping: Free US shipping on orders over $100.
Returns: Because every piece is personalized, we can't accept cancellations or returns.

Stands: Signs 11"x14" and smaller include a clear acrylic stand. Larger signs don't include a display stand. View our recommended stands.
Box stands: Fit 24"x36" and 24"x47" signs.
Care
Before the event: Open your package when it arrives, keep signs in their protective clear wrap, and store them flat in a cool, dry place.
Day of: Unwrap carefully and handle by the edges. Spray an ammonia-free glass cleaner (we recommend Sparkle) onto a microfiber cloth and gently wipe.
Avoid: Alcohol- and ammonia-based cleaners. They can damage the sign and its lettering.

How long does my chart take?
About 4 weeks from your final details to ship. Order now and send your final details up to four weeks before your wedding. Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days. Rush My Order moves it up in production.
Will it arrive in time for my wedding?
Yes. In 5 years and more than 8,400 weddings, we've never missed a wedding day. If your date is close, add Rush My Order to move your order to the front of production.
Can I see my chart before it's printed?
Yes. A complimentary proof is included, so you can review and approve your double seating chart before we print.
Does my sign come with a stand?
5"x7", 8"x10" and 11"x14" signs come with a 3" clear acrylic stand, and 4"x6" signs with a 2" stand. Signs larger than 11"x14" don't include a stand. Box stands fit 24"x36" and 24"x47" signs; view our recommended stands.
Will it match my other signs?
Every Capri piece shares the same lettering and layout, so your welcome sign, seating chart and bar menu read as one set.
