How your bundle comes together
- 1Choose your bundle. Pick the set that fits your day and secure it early. You don't need your final details yet.
- 2Send your details. After you order, we email you for your materials, designs and wedding details. Final details are due 4 weeks before your wedding.
- 3Review and receive. Approve your complimentary proofs, then your signs ship within 4 weeks of your final details, shipping included.

Description
The Complete Wedding Sign Bundle is our fullest set. It covers your day from the welcome sign to the bar, and adds our largest seating chart. Pick Capri, Claire, Quinn or Haven, and every piece shares that collection's lettering and layout.
- Welcome sign: 24" x 36" acrylic or 24" x 71" linen
- Guestbook sign (8" x 10") and cards & gifts sign (5" x 7"), both acrylic with stands
- Table numbers 1–12: 4" x 6" acrylic or stone, with stands
- Bar sign: 11" x 14" acrylic with stand or 18" x 35" linen. Rehearsal dinner or ceremony sign: 24" x 30" acrylic or 18" x 51" linen
- Large seating chart: 24" x 47" acrylic or 24" x 84" linen, up to 325 guests
Proofs and shipping are included. Send names and final wording about 4 weeks before the wedding. We have made signage for more than 8,400 couples since 2021.
Timeline & shipping
Production: Your 4-week turnaround begins once we have all of your final details. Final details are due 4 weeks before your wedding.
Need it sooner? Add Rush My Order or message us.
Tracking: You'll get a tracking email when your order ships by UPS, USPS or FedEx. We can't guarantee exact arrival dates, but we do our best to get it to you on time.
Shipping: Shipping is included with your bundle.
Returns: Because every piece is personalized, we can't accept cancellations or returns.
Good to know
Table numbers: Need more? Additional numbers can be added. Need fewer? Fewer can be selected on request, and the bundle price stays the same.
Substitutions: Bundle items can't be substituted.
Late details: Details sent after the 4-week deadline may be subject to late or rush fees, paid before your signage ships.
Care
Before the event: Open your package when it arrives, keep signs in their protective clear wrap, and store them flat in a cool, dry place.
Day of: Unwrap carefully and handle by the edges. Spray an ammonia-free glass cleaner (we recommend Sparkle) onto a microfiber cloth and gently wipe.
Avoid: Alcohol- and ammonia-based cleaners. They can damage the sign and its lettering.

How long does my bundle take?
About 4 weeks from your final details to ship. Final details are due 4 weeks before your wedding, and shipping is included. Rush My Order moves it up in production.
Will they arrive in time for my wedding?
Yes. In 5 years and more than 8,400 weddings, we've never missed a wedding day. If your date is close, add Rush My Order to move your order to the front of production.
Will I see my signs before they're made?
Yes. Complimentary proofs are included with your bundle, so you can see how everything comes together before production. Revisions are $15 each.
Can I change what's in my bundle?
