- The listing is for the lettering service only. The customer is responsible for sending in the product.
- The lettering is UV ink-printed directly onto the product's surface.
- If your product isn’t suitable for printing, we will return it with a partial refund, retaining a $10 fee.
Note: The lettering can only be printed on a flat or semi-flat surface.

Before the Event
- We recommend keeping the product in its original packaging until your event to avoid scratching.
- To clean, apply an ammonia-free glass cleaner (we recommend Sparkle) onto a microfiber towel and gently wipe the surface. Avoid alcohol-based and ammonia-based cleaners, as they can damage the lettering.
After the Event
- Flying with your perfume bottle is not recommended, as pressure changes during travel may cause the bottle to leak and the alcohol could cause the lettering to come off.
- Keep in mind that the lettering is printed onto the surface, not etched. Because of this, natural wear may occur.

Delivery is handled by UPS, USPS or FedEx; we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates but do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Exactly What We Wanted
Made & True was such a joy to work with! We had some edits we wanted on signs to make it a bit more customized and they were great about sending us drafts and giving us suggestions.
