Note: The lettering can only be printed on a flat or semi-flat surface. The lip gloss must be square, or rectangle shaped. If your product does not have enough space or a suitable surface for printing, we will return it with a partial refund. A $10 service fee applies to each incompatible product.

Timeline & shipping
Production: We email shipping instructions within 48 hours. Send your item within 7 days; it ships back within 2 weeks after we receive it, plus standard shipping.
Need it sooner? Add Rush My Order (+$35) and your piece ships back within 3 business days, plus shipping. Rush timing begins once your item arrives at our studio.
Tracking: You'll get a tracking email when your order ships by UPS, USPS or FedEx. We can't guarantee exact arrival dates, but we do our best to get it to you on time.
Shipping: Free US shipping on orders over $100.
Returns: Because every piece is personalized, we can't accept cancellations or returns.
Care
Before the event: Keep the product in its original packaging until your event to avoid scratching.
Cleaning: Spray an ammonia-free glass cleaner (we recommend Sparkle) onto a microfiber towel and gently wipe. Alcohol- and ammonia-based cleaners can damage the lettering.
After the event: The lettering is printed onto the surface, not etched, so natural wear may occur. Flying with a perfume bottle isn't recommended.
