Premium acrylic
1/8" or 3/16" thick, depending on the size you choose.
Solid or hand-painted color
Clear, black, white, frosted and mirror are solid acrylic. Colors are hand-painted in 2–3 coats.
UV-printed lettering
Permanent ink made for signage, so your sign is meant to last.

Description

Acrylic table numbers help guests find their table and keep the reception in order. In Haven lettering they are small, crisp markers that sit easily among white roses and orchids.

  • Order a single number or a set from 1–2 up to 1–40
  • 1/8" acrylic, UV-printed in permanent ink
  • Each number comes with a 2" stand
  • Clear, frosted, mirror, black or white acrylic, or a hand-painted color in 2–3 coats

We make each set to order, so allow about 4 weeks to ship, or add rush if your date is near.

Timeline & shipping

Production: Semi-custom orders ship within 4 weeks, plus standard shipping.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking email when your order ships by UPS, USPS or FedEx. We can't guarantee exact arrival dates, but we do our best to get it to you on time.

Shipping: Free US shipping on orders over $100.

Returns: Because every piece is personalized, we can't accept cancellations or returns.

Sizes: Here's a to view our size options.

Stands: Signs 11"x14" and smaller include a clear acrylic stand. Larger signs don't include a display stand. View our recommended stands.

Box stands: Fit 24"x36" and 24"x47" signs.

Care

Before the event: Open your package when it arrives, keep signs in their protective clear wrap, and store them flat in a cool, dry place.

Day of: Unwrap carefully and handle by the edges. Spray an ammonia-free glass cleaner (we recommend Sparkle) onto a microfiber cloth and gently wipe.

Avoid: Alcohol- and ammonia-based cleaners. They can damage the sign and its lettering.

How long do my numbers take?

About 4 weeks from order to ship. Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days and is free on US orders of $100 or more. Need them sooner? Rush My Order moves them up in production.

Will they arrive in time for my wedding?

Yes. In 5 years and more than 8,400 weddings, we've never missed a wedding day. If your date is close, add Rush My Order to move your order to the front of production.

Can I see my numbers before they're printed?

Yes. Add a proof for $25 and we'll send a digital proof to approve before we print.

Do the table numbers come with stands?

Yes. Each acrylic table number comes with a 2" clear acrylic stand.
